My STORY

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to access Yoga, both the physical practice and the philosophical teachings that is affordable and suitable to their wants and needs. To be able to enjoy the practice of Yoga as well as appreciate and understand how this can be applied in our day-to-day lives with all the benefits this can offer us.

Yoga has shown me a way to adapt, change and achieve things in my life both intended and unexpected. By cultivating the physical asana practice, breath, and teachings, we can strengthen and develop our practice both on and off the mat, to achieve the best version of ourselves we want to be,

Remembering yoga is not about perfection, or how bendy and strong we are, but rather about understanding and accepting our boundaries or limitations. It's a place where we can develop and overcome challenges at our own pace. Embrace the journey and enjoy the process. Bringing meditation and mindfulness to our practice can act as powerful tools
to help calm and focus the mind.

I incorporate sound in to my regular Yoga classes for students but also offer
sound bath and sound healing sessions specifically for clients in groups and 1-2-1.
